The Labyrinth of Desire

Lope de Vega's highly charged comedy of romantic intrigue elegantly examines desire, friendship and identity.  Filled with deception and disguise, The Labyrinth of Desire is an ambivalent exploration of that greatest of human mysteries – love.   This new adaptation, commissioned by the UCSD Dept. of Theatre and Dance, is Mr. Ruiz's thesis production.

Balm in Gilead
