Crested Butte is the wildflower capital of Colorado. When 15-year-old Randolph and his mother Erica arrive, they are thrust into a summer of botany and sexual awakening.
Biography
Lila Rose is a second-year MFA student in playwriting at UCSD. Production and Reading credits include: Arena Stage (DC), The Culture Project, Ensemble Studio Theatre, New Dramatists, Victory Gardens (Chicago), and Mixed Blood (Minneapolis). In 2002, Lila Rose won the Kapstein Award in Playwriting and was a Semi-Finalist for the Princess Grace Award. In 2005, Biography of a Constellation was a finalist for “Best Written New Play” at the Spotlight On! Awards and was developed at a residency with Ensemble Studio Theatre/The Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. Lila Rose is a founding member of the Temporary Theatre Company. She is a graduate of Brown University, where she studied with Paula Vogel.
