All requests must be submitted by noon on the day before the requested performance in order to be processed.  Requests for weekend shows should be received noon on the preceding Thursday. Submission of a request form does not guarantee that complimentary tickets are still available. The front desk processes requests on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Timely and properly completed requests are your responsibility.
