UC San Diego mourns the passing of MFA Acting candidate Brandon O'Sullivan
The Department of Theatre and Dance at UC San Diego mourns the passing of 3rd year graduate actor, Brandon O’Sullivan.
Brandon O’Sullivan was from New York. His New York credits included Bobraucshenbergamerica! (The Brewing Dept.), The Revenger’s Tragedy/Bonesetter (Spicy Witch Productions), and Rex (New Light Theater Project), among others. His tour credits included A Year with Frog and Toad, Schoolhouse Rock: Live! (Surflight Theater), and Mythunderstood (No.11 Productions). At UC San Diego, he appeared in the productions (w)holeness, Streamers, The Green Cockatoo, Othello, and SERE. He held a B.S. from Skidmore College.
Brandon was known for being kind, funny, smart, and well-liked by all who were lucky enough to be in a class or rehearsal with him. He was a model student, a fine actor, and a true company member. His absence will be deeply felt, and he will be greatly missed.
